I'm glad you found another of your friends, Platina. Have you been getting rest, too?

Thank you. And I have, occasionally...

But I haven't found any hotels.

There's nothing like that here. But there's a bunch of community houses that you can find rooms in.

[leadinglady]

Community houses? Does one simply claim a room, then?

[ somehow that sounds so... commoner. ]

Yeah, that's usually how it works! There's plenty of empty rooms, or you could find someone to move in with. It's a good way to meet people, too.

I don't suppose there are any premium suites...

I think they're all the same. There's houses too, like the one I live in, but they're usually for groups of people who know each other.

I see. But... I'm not sure if I know anyone here, unfortunately.

[ though empoleon and rapidash nudge her a little 8) ]

I'm sure they'll be great roommates. And... well, there's lots of nice people here so you can keep making new friends, at least.

That's great. By the way you, do you think I could ride your Rapperdance sometime?

Of course! After all, you let me ride Appa.

Oh, of course! Thanks, Platina! And don't worry - the flames won't bother me, cuz I can firebend too.

I hope that... bending... rapidash won't be necessary! He's very well trained!

[ dismounting and patting rapidash's snout. he neighs at Aang a little 8) ]

Oh okay. I just thought became of the flames and everything... Here I come!

[He smiles at the neighing Rapidash and hops up onto his back. He's normally a bit forceful with animals, but he feels the need to be respectful of Platina's friend, so he settles onto the Rapdash's back carefully.]

[leadinglady]

[ aaand sure enough, you're not getting burned! rapidash paws at the ground a little, waiting for Aang to settle down a bit, while Platina takes a few steps forward. ]

Let me know when you're ready to proceed.

I'm ready, Platina! [He pats at the Rapidash softly.]

Good.

[ she pats rapidash's neck and he starts trotting forward in a nice, dignified pace~ this is riding in style 8) ]

[He gives a smile. It always feel nice to be riding animals... but it feels even better with thrills.]

This is pretty nice. I think I'm getting the hang of it. How fast can this Rappadaff go... hey, y'know it's name kinda sounds like rapid dash!

[leadinglady]

Y... yes, that. That's the name of his species, actually! And he can clock up to 150 miles per hour, but we probably won't be going that far!

That is really impressive! You really are a Rapid-Dash! [Then with a slight disappointment.] Yeah, of course we won't have to go really really fast.

[leadinglady]

Of course he is. And... perhaps some other time I could take him out for a run, but I imagine he's rather tired. We both are.

[savedtheworld]

That's right. You two should get some rest soon. But whenever he's ready to cut loose... I hope I can have another ride.
