[ backdated to the 2nd and filtered from Diamond, of course! two rather tired and beat-up looking kids appear on video, looking exhausted and worried but also determined. this was an important mission, much more so than the draft was! the girl with a beanie glances over at her blond companion, before inclining her head in a ladylike bow. ]

I have a favor to ask of whomever is watching. My name is Platina Berlitz and this is Pearl, and... a friend of ours has been injured in the draft. He's in recovery, but his birthday is also in two days.

We were thinking about throwing him a party to help him cheer up. [and give themselves some rest, whoo boy] There'd be a lot of food, of course, since Dia's a big eater all on his own.

[...free food is good incitement right??]

Any aid with this would be appreciated! E-especially with the food. He's usually the one cooking for us, not the other way around...

[...OH, right, Miss Platina asked us something too.] ...Ah, and I've been doing alright, thank you for asking.

[He wasn't hurt badly, physically-wise, during the draft and the worst injuries he's got is a couple of cuts and bruises in different places that he's already bandaged up by now, it's just a matter of time with waiting for them to heal. He mostly sounds a little more tired than usual, but otherwise in manageable health. Mentally and emotionally on the other hand...well, he's been mostly concerned about his roommate more than himself right now and dwelling on it in general isn't really a happy train of thought either. Talking about plans for Dia's birthday, though, is WAY higher on the "happy" list of things to dwell on and is a good distraction...]

[ suddenly feeling like a failure of a friend, agh! and the most she's gotten away with are surface wounds, too, easily patched up with bandages and the like she's wearing right now. would similarly not dwell on the draft, too 8( ]
